Premium Health is looking for outstanding candidates for our Clinical Director, Child-Adolescent Behavioral Health position.
Under the leadership of Behavioral Health Chair, Glenn Hirsch, MD. the Child-Adolescent Behavioral Health program at Premium Health provides the highest quality culturally sensitive mental health care to underserved communities. Providers in the program comprise a superb team of highly-trained mental health professionals that work as a multidisciplinary team providing evidence-based treatments tailored to the individual needs of the child, adolescent, or family. Our program is designed to take the best of what an academic center offers, providing space and time for ongoing collaboration and learning in an academic-like setting and encouraging sufficient time for individuals with their clinician at each visit.
The Clinical Director will work with and direct a team of experienced Mental Health professionals including psychiatrists, psychologists, clinical social workers, and others including trainees. A successful candidate will be responsible for further developing and guiding the service into new areas of delivery of care; enhancing quality; providing outreach to the community and evaluating and treating patients.
